The Takeaway

So this morning on The Takeaway radio new show, they were discussing Mitt Romney’s quote about “I don’t care about the poor…they have a safety net…” After the news was read, host John Hockenberry said something along the lines of, “How can you be a presidential candidate and say you don’t care about the poor? That’s like jumping out of a plane!” The other host said a few other things, and Hockenberry ended with, “And I’m John Hockenberry,” and then in a quiet voice, “…probably soon to be fired.”
